Let your curiosity wander!
Innovation and Creavity rules the day
The NextGen STEMFest, an event designed to ignite a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) in students of all ages. This new Festival is funded by the National Science Foundation in celebration of their 75th anniversary and will be held on Saturday, May 10th from 10AM-5PM at locations both inside and outside of the Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation in Waltham, MA. The Festival will coincide with the Watch City Steampunk Festival, an annual Festival bringing 5,000-10,000 attendees to downtown Waltham.
The NextGen STEMFest aims to spark curiosity and enthusiasm for STEM fields through hands-on learning experiences and demonstrations. It also offers companies the opportunity to showcase the exciting career opportunities available in STEM.
We anticipate around 10,000 attendees (potentially a lot more!) who will be learning and exploring a wide range of areas in STEM from robotics, biotechnology, enviornmental science, and advanced manufacturing.
